Welcome to The Beach House ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at destinationsbyamberkars.in (the "Site") and your booking of rooms and stays through it. By accessing or using the Site, making a room reservation, paying online for a booking, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or booking under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account or make a room reservation. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during booking is accurate and complete.
To make a booking, you may need to create an account using your email address and a password, or sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at thebeachhousepalande@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate room descriptions, images, amenities, and pricing on the Site. However, we do not warrant that room descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Rates are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Room availability is confirmed only at the time of successful booking, and we reserve the right to change rates, availability, and room details at any time without prior notice.
By submitting a booking request, you are making an offer to reserve the selected room(s) for the selected dates. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking for any reason, including but not limited to room availability, errors in pricing or room information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept payment via online payment through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment authorization, and you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your booking details, check-in date, and reservation reference.
Coupon or promo codes are subject to the terms specified at the time of issue, including minimum booking value, validity period, and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any coupon or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed with our staff in advance and subject to availability. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse check-in if the ID provided does not match the name on the booking or appears fraudulent.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made by contacting us directly at thebeachhousepalande@gmail.com or +91 9833829896. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the check-in date, as communicated to you at the time of booking. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, room and property images, and design, is the property of The Beach House or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to submit false or fraudulent bookings, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or the peaceful enjoyment of the property by other guests.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Beach House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your stay at the resort. Our liability in connection with any room booking is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that booking.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
